    Tools Needed:
    1 40lb bag of playsand
    12mm socket
    10mm socket
1 6ft length of Dryer plastic compound hose
2-3 gallons of water(just in case)

Step 1: Take your 12mm and remove both screws on either side of the intake box(iff you have aftermarket remove the filter and elbow!

Step 2: Take your dryer hose and use 1 hose clamp from your intake and lock it into the intake tube.

Step 3: Now this is important!!Make sure That you make the hose at a 45degree angle to the block...

Step 4: Turn your car on and leave at idle...make sure you don't rev above 4500 rpm's for the next step

Step 5: Pour the sand slowly and make sure your car is steadily idleing...

step 6: Now once the sand has been poured rev up to 3500 rpm's and hold for 1 minute

So what is going on here is that the sand is creating a vortex in the manifold and slowly scraping away at the rough surfaces on the inside. Too much sand and it will clog up, so make sure your pouring about 1 cup per 10 seconds...if done right your manifold will be nice and shiny for all that extra power!!!!

Use the water immediatly if clogging occurs!

Bolt back your intake and drive her around the block!

    Enjoy!
