I've taken their class. It was the WRX's first chance to hit the track, still all stock(even tires). Let me know how fast it really was and what needed work(brakes). Of course, that didn't stop me from trying to make it faster. I think there was about a dozen in the class. You go thru what an apex is, how to accellerate thru the corner, vehicle dynamics, that kind of stuff. Then the instructor takes people 4 at a time out in his Expedition and shows you the braking points, turn-in points, lines, etc.(I got ill, the brakes were cooking and the suspension was way too soft, but he went around like he was driving a Formula Ford). Then he leads the group in a Formula Ford, again, showing lines. In my group, only 2 other guys had their own cars out there. One TT and a latecomer in a Z3, both only going 1/2 day in their car. the rest did the package which lets you use their Formula Fords(open wheel 1500(?) cc race cars, looks like they were replaced by spec racers). So, I really didn't get to mix it up with other road cars, which I was kinda bummed about. I feel I got an exceptional amount of attention, mainly because I begged the instructor to do ridealongs, and that I was eventually the only car that would fit 2 people. I don't know if I would have been as happy if I didn't get all the personal attention. I got basically all the tracktime I wanted and excellent instruction for a fantastic price. In retrospect, I found myself wanting more of a performance driving class than a race type class, but that's my fault. Just remember, you can go just as fast around 2 as you go around 1, and when coming around 10, aim for the tower. Oooh, and you can hook the gutter on 4, sweet.
