im re doing every thing pretty much. from turbo kit to chassis to suspention. same turbo with my 2.65 still though

A lot, actually. If it was reasonable, many more people would do it. How many folks do you see running around with that in their car, especially if they are trying to spool something like a 16g?
that seems stupid to me to run on a 16g? what do you need a built motor for on anything smaller then a 35r for. the turbos are out of breath before the motor is pushed?
That's what I'm talking about, in reference to the post I quoted originally. No real need for it unless you are going fairly big. I'm not afraid to throw a 35R at my shortblock, but that would be the absolute limit, especially on my pistons. The $5k you'd spend on putting a 2.65 together would be better spent elsewhere unless you are trying to go for baller status.
That may be. But you understand what I'm getting at is that anything less than a proper sized snail for that application is a waste. And that opens up a whole other can of worms.
found more spots to weld. cut the notch in the x brace wrong and gave up for the time being... should go back out after i eat my steak
