So i was in Circle Pines at Bills Gun Range and when i came back out to my car i immediately noticed a ding in my drivers side door. It's the size of a quarter and has a 1/4" scratch in the middle of the ding.

This is the first vehicle i've had with full coverage. So just deal with it or should i call my insurance?

I did park next to a rather large truck and believe they caused the ding. Never got their plate # though, as it was gone when i came out.

    I'll take a picture tomorrow.

    Thanks for any input!

it will likely cost less than that to have it repaired.

probably not worth it to go through insurance.

PDR will be much less expensive than your deductible. Making a claim may only raise your rate. On a quarter sized dent I would say you'll be at $150 at the absolute max depending on the location of it. I'd recommend dentkraft in Minnetonka or Kent at dent wizard, he's amazing and tells
awesome jokes...if you're into that. Can get phone #'s if you'd like.

Sorry to hear! I've had nothing but bad experiences at bills lately.

I have an appointment at DentKraft next Monday, they quoted me $100 for PDR.

Also picking up touch up paint from Paint Genie on Thursday to fix the rock chips on hood. I'll get a a clear bra and tint at Bravo (by DentKraft).

    Friday my windshield gets replaced.

Not a good week so far…..

I want to know the name of the hack that can't install a windshield without it leaking so I can make sure and not use them.

I had Abra do it, the guys name was Justin I believe. He got the job done quick but maybe too quickly.

Their doing warranty service on Saturday. Hopefully it doesn't rain till after then, otherwise the car is going in the garage all week.

How do you miss not having a continuous bead of sealant?

Wow. For future referance. Dont take you car to abra. A lot better shops around that will give you proper quality repair. Wether it be big or small. Glad the door ding came out great! Dent kraft is good and bravo is awesome. If you havent gone there yet tell them alex with the blue subaru wrx sent you. Ask for tom or scott. Great guys and iv had a lot of work from them. Getting two cars done there today

Man that's a **** job. If you want to drive the car, maybe just throw a little clear silicone caulk over the voids, they should be able to pull that out pretty easily I think when they go to redo the sealant.
