We used this contractor a few years ago: http://dmjasphalt.com/home/

Myself and two neighbors had our 22 year old driveways replaced at the same time - I believe we got a discount since they had to only set up once for three jobs. I was home for the install and it was really interesting to watch and the care taken to not wreck stuff impressed me. To say nothing of the smell of hot asphalt...I love it.

We are very happy with the finished product, and I am very particular about the quality of the job. I doubt you would be disappointed (and I am not an employee or related).

We're doing ours this spring too. This guy has done several in the neighborhood and comes very well recommended. Not the cheapest but certainly among the best. This is assuming you want concrete. He doesn't do asphalt.
