no seats are an integral part of your safety, if you want to risk your life by skimping on seats - go for it
well you obviously want to get them, so just do it. it's just funny how quickly people are willing to throw their money at garbage because it's a "deal" they look nice (or do they?), that's good enough, right?
just get these and be happy. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2006-STi-Seat...8QQihZ006QQcategoryZ10424QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
get cheap seats if u want to die..... iv seen the angle iron of the base of a seat snap in half just by looking at it funny....
How can you not like the seats in our cars! I know the WRX ones are great I love them soo much! They look good and deff do there job of holding me in place! KEEP IT STOCK!
there is a reason that the sparco seats cost $300+ each. Also, since that are kinda generic seats, what kind of sliders do you need, where do you get them, and how much do they cost. The sparco sliders that fit their seats for the subaru's are like $100 per side. Russ
yeah im pretty much gunna take you guyses advise i dont wanna die or spend 6 years trying to get them mounted in my car.
Yep, Sparco sliders are about 100 a piece per side. And their seats are made with regards to your safety and safety standards put out by numerous racing organisations. And for the price you pay after shipping, you could have probably purchased a nice set of used Sparco/recaro/Corbeau/etc... seats locally. Don't waste your money. They are cheap quality. I know this because I've seen 4 of them in person. After about 3 months of getting in and out of them, the cheap fabric wills stretch and wrinkle and there is NOTHING you can do about this. They will continue to degrade until the fabric rips. We used a set of 4 of them for some Gran Tursimo seating. And even under occasional use, they go to **** very quickly. Seriously, there are millions of better things you can spend your money on.
damn im glad i asked before i impulse bought. if anybody knows of any seats locally i have cash in hand thanks guys for all the responces.
I have one Corbeau Forza 2. It is in ok condition about 1 year old. It has a small burn hole on the leg cusion and the fabric won't stay under the harness rings, but it does come with rails already installed. it would just bolt directly in. $200 and its all yours. The seat was $250 new and the rails were $78.00. -Zak
