As I ponder the inevitability of ringland badness, I am planning for some engine block work. After the mandatory searches I am looking for some updated local advice: A) on where to get this done and B) how much/what to do.
My car is a '15 STI, bought new and currently with ~11,750 miles. Current mods are: up pipe, TBE, intake, 1000cc injectors, 265cc fuel pump, 3 port EBCS and Accessport with a dyno tune.
Planned additional upgrades include fuel pressure regulator, Cobb flex fuel kit and possibly a larger TMIC. Supporting mods will include air/oil separator, oil pickup, engine and tranny mounts, bushings. Braking/handling mods planned but I assume not relevant to this question.
My plans for this car for the next 3 years or so is daily driver duty with some track/HPDE events a year, after three years or so will no longer be a DD...
So, having said all that, I think I'd need to get new pistons, studs, and could probably use my current short block and crankshaft... While engine apart maybe basic port and polish of the heads? That about sound right?
Where would you guys go for this?
I'd really appreciate any thoughts, suggestions and advice, thanks!

Ok, good deal, thanks Josh will be giving Jesse a call!
I have seen fair bit online of mention of MAP's engine builds/packages. Anyone have any experience or insight into those?

I got a full tour of MAP's facility and their engine build room was very clean and well organized. If that means anything to you...

Thanks, hard to know/judge based on that alone, but certainly a positive I guess.
You got a tune there right?
