engine gaskets/seals replacement

This is going to be too large a job for the guy who usually helps me do work on my car and myself so I'm just going to pay to have someone do it. I've got the equipment to do the work except the resurfacing but neither of us has time to do it and it needs to get done.

That being said who should I start calling to set up an appointment for my car? The stealership is an option since they're apparently pros at doing MY99 SOHC gasket replacements specifically. I could also call up the shop Todd is currently at if he'll shoot me the number. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest place, just a place that's going to stand by their work, something I know Morrie's just might do at least. Or maybe if I get the work done at RS they'll give me some discounted dyno time while I've got it down there?

I've got a little time left. I'm not dripping coolant and not losing it at an alarming rate by any means, but I know it needs to get done sometime. Anything else I should be looking at while they've got the engine pulled? The only thing I can think of is getting better taps for the GM coolant sensor and the oil pressure sender.
