I just got an eye exam this morning, and I am ready for a pair of prescription eyeglasses. Where can I go to get the best quality glasses and best deal on a pair or two? Thanks! :)

My wife got hers at St. Paul Eye in the Central Peds building off of Hwy 94 and Lexington but they are a little spendy.

If you want cheap glases... goto America's Best... or Vision World when they have their sales.

    Just FYI:
There will be two prices for your pair of glasses... they'll charge you for the lens and frame so be prepare to pay a hefty price no matter what... unless you go cheap on frame and lens. You also get what you paid for.

I dread the day I have to get glasses :(

P.S. if you really want a cheaper and better deal... I can make you a pair of glasses with my left over Cook bottle glass and wire frame.

Vic, I'll take your offer. How much will my health plan save me?

health plan can sace you 100%!

Some covers only the exam from the doctor and others cover exam and eyegalsses!

I am under my Moms name so Insurance covers everything! I think I am going to vision world or pearl vision. They have the ultra thin glasses that dont make you look like a nerd. Whoa!
