Every time I watch one of these, I want to go drive like a dumb @$$, just like in the movies! Haha

I would never do that after playing GT5, Forza or watching movies. ;)

I have found that I take corners a lot differently after track days! LoL

Ha, I remember when I took my GF to the movies when 2 Fast 2 Furious came out. When the movie was over every car you could think of left that parking lot like a damn fool.

After the first one came out, I was in high school, and an outbreak of Honda's with unpainted body kits, ugly wings, and fart cans broke out. Spread like the plague!

I bought a 98 Civic SI, I did have the fart can, mine was black, and I did have a blue neon for the front grill . Looking back I have to laugh, I thought I was a bad MO FO in that car.

Haha. I'm glad I was into classic cars back then. I loved it when my 67 4wd Chevy truck would smoke those Honda's when we raced.

The more I think about it , I think F&F made me become a "ricer" . My Dad always had muscle cars and anything from 63-72 I pretty much loved. And then I saw that movie and between that and Gran Turismo I switched. And then when my buddy's older brother took me for a ride in his 400 whp Audi S4 I was sold. ahh the old days lol

Gran Tourismo turned me from a muscle car lover into a car-in-general lover.

I'm still into classics, just no space to start a serious resto project. The suby is a much easier project to tinker with for now. Once I buy a house, I plan on restoring an old Nova. 327 SBC, with twin turboz? Hhmmm

    There. Or here. Sometimes both.
They all suck when viewed objectively. Plot sucks, acting sucks, script sucks.

BUT, they are entertaining. I'm kindof ashamed to admit it.

Sometimes, I'm just in the mood for some cheezy cars, good old fashioned explosions and to turn off the brain for a bit. And, honestly, The Rock is always entertaining to watch.

My son and I go to every one at the theater. Alot of the time it will be the only movie I actually go to that year. Its the only thing in movies going for car guys so I feel I should support it I guess. Once the series is dead there will be zero car movies made every year. I have a muscle car and a import so I have the best of both worlds. Even tho I never have enough money for either.
