What about the headlights wouldn't work? Are you talking about the wiring or what?

I believe 1 bulb but I'm not completely sure. I'd think there would be much more "important" things to be worried about swapping than the headlight bulbs lol, but hey I'ma noob to the swap lol

...except for getting the whole wiring harness merged. I've also read that the crossmember's are different but idk. I'm not going to rush into anything.

Like I said, I'm no pro nor do I have any past experience swapping a subaru, but I've come to know that the hardest part about swapping an rs is merging the harnesses. Knowing what goes where is very difficult and time consuming. A lot of people just send out the harness to get merged by somebody else. Like I said, I'll do some research before I go throwin money around.

yea i forgot how much older ur car is then a 02 and how many less sensors it will have. u should get a pre murged harness or get a harness and send it out to be murged will make your life so much eaiser

    what year is yours?

i have decided to creat a rally club for those of us up here in the red river valley. i have chose the very creative nam Red River Rally Club. i have a facebook group started up for communication and sharing pictures. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=3765413&id=675829674#!/group.php?gid=118198051548333

i am looking into getting together on the night that High Definition Theater (HDT) will be airing the day 2 and day 3 coverage of Rally New Zealand. probably at a bar mst likeley tailgators, peppers or buffalo wild wings. it all depends ont he bars willingness to have the rally on and give us audio too.

i also want to have a show and unshine meet at a park. probably lindenwood since they have the most shelters and some nice little parking areas where we can all show off our dirty cars.

the primary objective is to be able to get together with all may rally friends in the area more than once a year at Ojibwe Rally.

i also want to organize at least 2 rallycrosses a year within an hour of fargo. anyone know of an old gravel pit we can tear up for a day? the landowner would get paid.

thanks for the support. i really like the idea of car clubs with more of a motorsport angle and decided to fill the void and start one up. apparently that was the easy part. now i need to keep the ball rolling and make sure it doesnt die on the side of the stage road.

Negative ghost rider. It'd be cool to get another suby meet set up, and maybe we can do that RRRC style sinec Greg sorta volunteered ;) My suby is dead and probably not moving for a while, so idk how motivated I'd be at setting up a meet, but I'd totally go to one...with my honda :/

i will make every attempt to arrange the WRC viewing meets to be at a place that allows minors in. however, the #1 priority is a place that will allow us to take over some TVs and the Audio feed as well.

Motor locked up on me while I was driving to devils lake for an ice rally this past winter. No idea why it happened but I pulled the motor and so far it looks like it's toast. Do a search for "sad weekend for the rs" or something like that. I wrote out the whole story with detail and pics

^I'm thinkin about buyin that 94 leggy wagon on here and swapping that motor over. It's got the ej20g so I think it'd be fun and it's somewhat affordable.

I think we should start doing regular Fargo-Moorhead Subaru get-togethers. Like, weekly, or bi-weekly. At a fast food restaurant maybe? Somewhere cheap. Or we could do a pizza place so everyone can chip in for some pizza and it's cheap for all that way. Who else likes this idea?

I really like the idea. I live with 3 other guys who drive subarus and I know all 3 of em would be down. I could go for during the week or weekend. Either way doesn't make a big diff but if I had to chose then I'd probably chose during the week just to make the week go by a little faster.

Some of the dsm guys on another board meet weekly at old Chicago. I can't remember exactly what night it is, but I know they have $1 slices of pizza and cheap mugs of beer.

3 things to start a successful meet:
    -recruite
    -figure out avoid time
    -find a good place
