I'm asian and 99.9% of the time if we are having some kind of noodle soup bowl I always use Sriracha!!!

gotta put a vote in for Da Bomb "Ground Zero" it will melt your face off. Normally I am not a hot sauce person, but every now and then i dont want to feel my mouth for a while.
Cholula. Hands down. Nothing goes better on your Denver Omelet from IHOP than a thick coating of Cholula.
Thai Chili Peppers.... :eek4: We started a plant this year, to make chili sauce, but they don't like the weather here. After 3 mo, it stands a whopping 4" tall! Next year we will start them inside in the late winter.
I put Tabasco but only because I am craving Chipotle Barbeque Tabasco on a Chipotle Burrito!!! Not the hottest but DAMN that stuff is tasty!!! :yumyum: I love the Sriracha sauce too, if i could vote twice i would! lol!
When bored with your plain ol' burger, try it in replacement of ketchup, some actually like it, gives it a kick Right now I'm growing alot of thai chilli peppers and those things will kick some butt, and growing some habernero, my mom just made some salsa with it (she blended 5 whole habernero) and i was :emo: It's really really hot, lol
I love sriracha! I use it on all my mom's Asian cooking and even with my selection of American food such as..mac and cheese, pizza rolls, and chicken nuggets.
That stuff is freaking insane. We made a drunken friend eat a saltine that was completely covered in the stuff back in college. He claims his vision went to plaid after that. :laugh:
