Hi all, what are your favorite motor/tranny oils to run in our chilly MN winters? Last summer I switched the trans and diff to Motul 75w90 synthetic, and while I am happy with the warm performance, the really cold weather still gives a stiff and somewhat balky shifter... thanks !

I thought that was the OEM gear oil? If so, I found it really thick when it was like 15F or below. The Motul 300 was much better but not amazing in the really cold temps, hence my question :)

Everything is thick at -15F below.

Understood, I was talking about +15F and lower, which doesn't seem ridiculously cold given that the Motul 300 pour point is -76F :D
