Hey guys I powdercoated my bbs rims flat black on my STi and they have aquired a few chips and little scratches. I was wondering if there was a nice touch up paint that I could use to fix it. Something better than spray paint? Thanks

Not in a flat finish there isn't. That's the whole point of painting things flat black...so you can simply dust them over with a rattle can when they get chips, dents and scratches.

Duplicolor Sandable Black Primer. Best flat black ever invented. Goes on even every time. Covers in 2-3 coats for the initial spray. 1 coat freshens them up without fail. And it is sandable, so you can smooth over scratches and nicks in the paint before you dust them over for touchups.

    Sharpie??
Haha no readymix is right, rattle cans are the best and cheapest option. I have the same problem with my wheels except they weren't powder coated just straight spray painted but they do acquire chips every now and again.

Take spray-can and put a liberal amount of paint of a piece of cardboard. Apply with the bottom end of a paper match. Done.
