I just got a flat tire the other day and when i took it in to get it fixed they told me to get all 4 tires instead of one or two. I ended up just buy two but i wanted to know if did the right thing or if i should get all 4.

what kind of car? If it is a subaru you would need all four. The tires can only be I think 2/32 away from each other. I would suggest not to drive at all untill you get the other 2 tires.

I assume it's AWD....what kind of mileage on the old tires? if it's more than a few thousand, yea, get the other 2, and get the exact same kind you got before!

    I'm 4thing the others responses.
Subaru's diffs don't like tire size variations.
