Fluid levels

    I was looking around my engine today and noticed a couple of disturbing things. How high should my coolant level be? It seems to be extremely low to me and concerns me quite a bit. At times after a hard run on the highway with my car I get a weird smell and I am hoping that I found the culprit. I have only noticed since my install of my TC and TBE. Is there a place I can look to see how I can check my fluid levels or should I just bring it into the dealership? I dont want my engine getting damaged and I am afraid that this might not be the only low fluid level in my engine.

    There are two lines on the coolant tank. Both lines are pretty low.
