I recently searched and searched and searched (did I mention, searched?) for a 2" hitch for my 2007 Forester and came up empty handed for awhile. Then I finally stumbled upon this delicious invention by Quality S (I hadn't heard about them either, but they're geniuses!). The cost of the hitch is a mere $120+ dollars and was entirely painless to install (took less than an hour with frequent distractions from my puppy and a few "breaks" to clean the corrosion off some of the bolts). The best part is... NO dropping the exhaust and the hitch molds above the muffler!

I wounder how much modification it would take to fit that onto an Impreza. Yes, I know an impreza can't pull that much, there are other reasons to have a 2".

I had a Quality S on my old 4Runner. Good quality on the build, the paint, not so much. After one winter it was rusting up pretty bad. Nothing that couldn't be fixed.

I will be towing a boat next summer... and a U-Haul trailer when I move out east next year.

    Thanks brother. :)

I'm not sure... It took a mere... 5 bolts to adhere it to my Forester. No drilling required. I wish you luck on your endeavor.
