Forza 3!

Not sure if any of you guys are picking this up tomorrow, but I just thought I'd throw this in here in case someone liked the first two

New features from 2: New tuning features (more comprehensive part selection, from what I understand.. as well as a bit more insane swaps)... Rollovers... enhanced physics engine.... improved graphics engine... 400 cars/100 tracks (blah blah)... Drag/drift racing... better decal management.... CLUTCH BUTTON... A test track inspired by the Ken Block Gymkhana videos... a lot of other cool stuff that I'm too forgetful to mention.

I'll be picking it up tomorrow and vegging out in front of the TV after work. Gamertag is "yarpirate" on xbox live if anyone's interested in doing some casual multiplayer... Just shoot me a friend request

 

I can't. I preordered MW2 and just don't think I can justify buying another new game. Maybe later, looks awesome!

 

Got tomorrow off... Will be purchasing!

Been playing for a couple of days. Great game as always.

 

I'll be buying it tomorrow, I have some best buy store credit and reward zone bucks to burn up.

Nope. Forza is made by Microsoft, if I'm not mistaken.

 

You'll have to wait a bit longer to get a racing game of this quality on the PS3 - Gran Turismo 5 doesn't have a set release date yet, but it's been a strong competitor for the Forza series in the past.

 

Yeah.. if it ever comes out. I heard it was supposed to be combo-released with Duke Nukem Forever. :laugh:

Same here, I downloaded the demo a couple weeks ago. Its amazing.

 

Also, everyone be aware that Best Buy has a "Buy 2 games get one free" promo going on. Good chance to stock up, I'm going to pick up Uncharted 2 and I'm really not sure what else at this point.

 

Bill- GT comes out in spring, and it is better than Forza.

 

Don't they make you pay for the GT5 demo?

I'm curious as to how many people get free full copies of games. Do you work for Polyphony? A lot of people were talking about getting free copies of Forza, too. Maybe I'm not part of the right secret organizations.

 

Your average person, yes, they do. $40 for the demo

And while I really hope it will be better... I doubt it. Forza's car classing system, endless mods, the paint system, engine swaps, *real* damage, and Xbox Live as always will be tough for Sony to beat.

F3 demo was amazing, Im picking it up today after work. GT was amazing back in the day but I the countless delays for GT5 is annoying

 

GT5 is gonna have NASCAR, a very sad addition to the game.

After a long day, finally getting to pop this in.

First car: red Citroen C4. I feel like a traitor, but at least it's not an Aveo.

 

Started with the Fiesta... dropped it as soon as I could for the Saleen S281E... Lots of fun to drive! I absolutely LOVE the supercharger whine. Not going to get a subaru until I can afford to bring it to U or R* status 8)
