FS: 02 WRX

Hey guys I'm selling my 02 Subaru wrx. The reason I am selling is because I am looking for a new car possibly a forester I want to stay in the subaru family. This car has been reliable to me for 8 years. The wrx has just reached 170xxx miles. Regular maintenance has been done since it was bought back in fall 2005. Regular oil change at 3000 miles. My grandma was driving it for before i turned 16 lol shes a beast I am not a expert by any means so if you think my price is high I'm open to actual suggestions.

New struts replaced last summer and lowered with Tanabe df210 springs (might be gf210 i cant remember)
Seibon CF hood some cracks, but i have the stock hood as well.
All new brakes and rotors summer 2013
Mishimoto aluminum radiator and thermostat summer 2013
Ebay black housing headlights w/ ebay HID (I have stock headlights as well)
Prosport gauges: Boost, Oil (not working), Exhaust temp

Bads:
Just started making noises in 1st gear kind of like going up on a roller coaster, all other gears still work and make no noises 5th gear also grinds a little.
Paint chip on front bumper
Rust
Dings and dents
