I hate to see it go but I lost my job so I need to replace my Forester with a “beaterâ€. This car has been the definition of faithful, most of the miles on it are highway miles as I have been moving around the country for work until recently. The All Wheel Drive is extremely nice and is truely a lifesaver in a Minnesota winter. EPA rates it at 22 mpg city, and 26 highway. Oil Change’s every 3,000 miles using Castrol GTX High Mileage and Napa Gold oil filter. Air filter changed as needed, Trans fluid drained and replaced 5,000 miles ago. Will change oil and replace fluids, brake pads etc. for buyer. 150,000 miles, almost all highway. -2001 Subaru Forester L -2.5L SOHC H4 engine -Automatic Transmission -Symetrical All Wheel Drive -Tow package (no ball, just hitch. Never towed anything with it) -Anti-Lock Brakes -Power locks -Power windows -Tilt wheel -Cruise Control -Rear wiper blade -Rear defrost -Air Conditioning blows cold -Heat blows hot and heats up quick in the winter -AM/FM radio -Tape player -CD player -Keyless Entry -5 passenger seating -Cupholders -Sunglass Holders -Protective rubber mat for rear storage space -LOTS of storage space/compartments Great car, however it has slight cosmetic issues. It has slight hail damage on the hood and a bit on the roof. The passenger side fog light is out and turn signal lens is cracked (signal still works fine). Damage is from hitting a snow bank this past winter and is purely cosmetic. I will get interior pictures up as soon as I can.
