FS: 2006 CGM Sti

2006 Subaru WRX STI CGM sti with 120,xxx miles. Car is in great condition and needs nothing. Body is in good condition with minor rock chips and dings you would expect on a 9 year old car and with the car being from texas there is no rust or major damage with a clean title and carfax. It has a 3" aftermarket turbo back exhaust(exhaust is from eBay so not the best hangar fitment and can rattle around at times), Tanabe lower springs on stock struts, window tint on all windows 25% on the front and rear window and 5% on the rear door windows and windshield strip. Stock BBS wheels are painted black with good Bridgestone tires. Steering wheel leather worn on top of wheel. All season Subaru floor mats. Front bumper paint starting to flake. (looks like it was repainted at one point but not painted well)
Recent maintenance:
- K&N drop in filter
- new OEM clutch disc at 114k
- reman passenger side cylinder head at 114k
- new valve cover gaskets and spark plug seals at 114k
- new head gaskets at 114k
- new cam seals at 114k
- new intake, exhaust, and turbo gaskets at 114k
- valve lash checked and adjusted as needed at 114k
- transmission fluid changed with OEM fluid at 115k
- replaced the left rear strut at 116k with used strut (strut only had 40k on it)
- A/C compressor o-rings and A/C recharge at 117k
- rear sway bar links at 118k
- OEM fuel pump at 119k
- timing belt has been replaced by previous owner but unsure of mileage, has a gates racing series timing belt kit that was still in excellent condition when head was replaced

Looking to buy a house soon and need the money for a down payment, defiantly don't want to sell it especially after everything that has been replaced with great customer service from Jesse!
