This one was very well taken care of, and never given me any problems.

Really want to try them out for C stock next year, plus I'll be co driving a Mazda 2 for the rest of the year.

I've seen this car in person. I would be willing to give you $6000 for it, but that pretentious license plate makes me want to give you 'bout tree-fiddy.

Nobody ever regrets buying a Miata. The 90-93 are super lightweight too.

OP, what's the gear ratio in the rear diff? That's the stock 90-93 VLSD, right? How is it with the MSM tranny?

    Sounds good!

Very light!. has the stock rear diff which is a 4.3 or 4.1. (can't remember exactly what it is)
It is a lot of fun with the 6 speed. 2nd gear tops out at 46mph, 3rd 63mph... you get the idea. Very fast acceleration. Feels considerably faster than 1.8 miatas's with regular 5 speeds.

Sounds like that it should work well. The MSM came with a 4.1 stock rear diff. With the extra power in the Mazdaspeed, those ratios felt REALLY short.

Your setup should feel pretty good. With the 1.6, the MSM transmission should be completely bulletproof.

The 370Z was a friends car, we traded for a few days just so he could experience what a well balanced vehicle was really like between usable power, handling and DD. I had given you lots of great compliments last summer about your car because you've done a great job of setting it up making it very easy to drive fast by keeping it simple, reliable and has great driver feedback. I do have access to many cars, but this would be the most ideal for teaching car control. I've promised my son if he waited to get his license I'd teach him things that will make his friends very envious which includes drifting and more. You know me I switch cars every 3-5 years so ultimately mr. D would end up with this car in the end anyway. lol

    Too easy, too easy!

Mr. D are you sure you're ready for this thing? You can't be puttzing around at DCTC and letting everyone pass you! Felipe Massa is gonna slap you if you do!!! I think he should have a conditional agreement that if you do, you have to sell it to me for less hehe

Thank you! I would've never thought of selling this car, and will probably regret it, but I am very curious about the new FRS/BRZ.
When I finally settle down and have kids, I will make sure they I have a Miata to teach them in.

Yes! With the sale of the car I will include some private lessons on how to drive it to its full potential.
Car is on Starspecs right now so I could do Road tire class in autox, but the NT01's will be included. You do not want to learn the car on those. WAYY TOO FORGIVING.

You'll really enjoy the FRS/BRZ platform even more especially coming from a Miata. Much much better crisper current driver's car. Less body roll, better response from the tools and very easy to rotate around corners.
