at over 400 bucks, that thing isn't worth it. the 02+ impreza chassis is quite stiff if your looking to make your car handle better, take that 400 bux, and invest it towards a good set of tires, or some bigger front and rear swaybars. even if it was legal for autocross classes I'm interested in, i still wouldn't buy it.. it's practically dead weight.
