I would say, 5 years max, (maybe seven?)
depending if it was laminated or not.

    Thanks Guys.

Lifespan, like Phill said 5-7 years. That wrap job wasnt laminated it but I did spray it with a UV clear coating. Normal everyday cars Would be laminated. They just opted not to have it done on the rally car.

I have to ask, how much would it cost for a whole car? And how long does it hold up/not fade?

the vinyl will leave an acrylic adhesive, which can be removed.
(the longer the vinyl is on, the harder it is to remove.)

the wrap does look great. good work!

Wow Im glad its still in one piece so far :)
Carl Thanks for posting that, i have to look for more pics on stage.

Phill thanks for the help I appreciate it, Im not always on here.

As for price on a FULL Wrap typical prices range between $2000 and $3000 depending on where you go. A lot of people say "wow that much?" YES that much. After Material, Ink, Design Time, and all the labor of installing it adds up.

Goalie can back me up on this, I talked to a Porsche race car guy (Goalie's Boss) and he said his sponsors paid for his wrap on his 996? and it was $9000, Yes $9000.

This DOES protect your paint, Can be removed (like phill said there may be a little cleanup once removing depending on how long its been on the car), Easy to fix panels that gat damaged, and unlike paint only takes one day to be installed and completed.

Vehicles will vary on price. Obvioulsy! A car will be different price than a pickup, a trailer, a sled, a bike or a semi. You get it I hope.

Another look on it people have is I want it but I dont have the money. I will be contacting a financial company to help people and business's out with the money issue. You will be able to get a small loan for this amount. They pay me full amount once install is completed, and you pay them monthly payments making it easier on everyone.

I will be posting more once I get more projects like this done.

Thanks for the good input guys and the help.

    Dave

Wow. I'm impressed Dave. I didn't realize the amount of work that goes into a full wrap. Not only that, but your design, detail and coloring is top notch. Looks awesome! Great job!

Yeah Car is toast! They rolled it twice and then did an endo into an area that had just been logged. So Tree stumps did a job on the car. Driver and co driver were both ok with out a scratch. +1 for roll cages!!

It was interesting to watch sweep roll the car back on the wheels and winch it out. Supprisingly the wrap held up superbly!! Pretty good stuff.

Ill post up close pictures on here soon.

New car will be up and running in 2 weeks!!! Lots of overtime getting it done for neamaji (spelling?) and then off again to Portland.
