Gauging interest/For sale: 2007 WRX STI

I’ve been kicking around the idea of selling my car. I didn’t think I’d ever want to sell this car, but it may just be time for a change (RSTi build??)…I bought the car from a member on here Spring of 2014 with ~56k miles on it. This car has mainly been a weekend cruiser for me or utilized when making trips out of town. Always garage kept and it’s been stored every winter in my heated garage under a car cover since I’ve owned it. Honestly, it rarely ever even sees rain. The car has never seen a track as long as I’ve owned it (sad, I know). I have honestly babied this thing.

67k miles

60k maintenance was done around 59k miles:

• Trans and rear diff fluids changed with Motul 75w90
• Brake fluid flushed and changed to Motul 600
• Amsoil air filter
• Wix cabin filter
• New plugs
• Coolant flushed

Brakes were just replaced. Centric Premium High Carbon rotors and Hawk HPS pads
Tires were just replaced ~5k miles ago – 235/45/17 Dunlop Direzza ZII

Oil changed every 3-4k miles with Rotella T6

I bought the car lowered and with a 3” TBE. TBE has recently been replaced. The rest of the upgrades were done to the car around 60k miles. Tastefully modded.

Engine:

• 3” turboback, brand new less than 1k miles ago. Invidia DP and Invidia Q300 catback
• Grimmspeed EWG uppipe with 38m Tial EWG (open dump)
• ID1000 injectors
• DW300 fuel pump
• Grimmspeed TMIC
• Grimmspeed Turbo heatshield
• Clutch replaced ~5k miles ago. SouthBend Stage2 street
• Street tuned by Nuke at NF (AccessPort w/ dual maps - 91 and e85)

Suspension:

• Lowered on Eibach springs (not sure of details…was done by PO)

Interior:

• SMY dual gauge pod cluster
• Zeitronix Wideband
• Defi boost gauge
• Kenwood Excelon double din with iPod (30pin) connectivity, Bluetooth, etc

Exterior:

• Genuine STi limited rear lip spoiler, professionally painted OBP
• Replica STi limited front lip
• Grimmspeed hood struts
• 04-05 tail lights

Negatives:

• Front bumper has paint chips. Fairly normal for a car of this age and the black color doesn’t do any favors hiding anything
• Front pass side wheel has some minor rash from PO
• A couple small dents here and there…
• AccessPort connectivity **** the bed recently – I believe it’s an issue with the dongle (OBDII connector part of the AP), but I haven’t had any luck finding a used replacement and Cobb no longer distributes them. The AP still turns on and also connects to the computer just fine, but will not connect to the car. I talked to Cobb…I can trade in my current AP to exchange for a v2.1 for $150 or v3 for $350. Hoping to have this replaced sooner than later…

I’m probably forgetting stuff. I am in no rush to sell nor need to sell this car. If I don’t get near what I’m asking for it, I’ll keep it! I would also consider replacing aftermarket parts with stock parts to further negotiate the price.

Great looking car! Seen this in person on a few occasions and this thing is well maintained and Clean! GLWS

 

I'm fairly OCD about keeping my car clean...rain kinda ruins that! Negative on the STi spoiler. I swapped trunks with an Impreza shortly after I bought the car.

 

Lock it up please. We call it a lapse in sanity.
