I ordered up a DFP yesterday, I hope it gets here by the end of the week. I also ordered up some component cables so I can run progressive scan gran turismo on my monitor! WOOT!

good lord! put in over 100 laps and i got it down to a 53.244. i have no clue how you did that. are you sure you canged nothign in the settings?
Hell no... You can see the hp and weight in the picture and I just reformatted my cpu so I don't even have PS so I can't change anything. Here's another great run
I know, I was being sarcastic and then I remembered it was the internet :lol: I do play quite a lot, but I usually can get close to beating most people's times within a few laps so I don't really race too much
not really, I had no idea how good I was until I could compare myself to other people. I guess I'm pretty good, I'll lay back for a while so other people can win from now on
i got a buddy of mine going on this. hes got a 53.040. i am gonna tale a pic of it tonight, so he can post it up.
this just in my buddy (fishbiker15) called me he dailed in a 52.060 picture coming tommorow when i can get over to his house and take it for him.

What PS2 does he have? Is it a Japanese one because if you look in the upper portion it's all in metric.
isnt there an option in the game so you can change the settings to metric? ps- i'm done with this track. i raced like 20 times and was still 3 seconds off.
I'm willing to admit defeat. The winner of the contest can pick a new course and track. But when you pick it, restart your ps2 and pull your memory card so you only have the option to compete in arcade mode. This will make sure that everyone has the car and track you pick.

That car is god. but is it even available right off the bat? I've missed alot hah last time i saw this thread it had two pages.
So I did a b-spec race.....I feel like I shouldnt drive the car I won, because (I) didn't win it. And now its auto saved, 400k and a car that I didnt fight for.
well my cousin did it again. and actually the car is still 311hp, its 315ps there. so does he get to choose a track and a car?
wow thats a fast lap time. i knew it would be possible to brak the 51 mark. anyway i talked w/ kelly and we decided that only registered members can select the track/car hopefully this evenign there will be a new track/car combo posted up.
