Kinda, but I'm not making loveseats out of race seats. I'm thinking about making a unit that has the Logitech Wheel and pedals, a race seat, and it'll be enclosed in sort of a unit that will have it's own speakers and reciever so you can have close range surround sound. Put it 2 feet from the 57" widescreen TV I have and go. I have plans for it, but they have to wait.
83% done. I think I have all of the manufacturer races done. Missing a few of the "extreme" event races, most of the endurance races, and oddly enough a few of the difficult snow/ice races. What else am I supposed to do while waiting for AfterEffects to render out a menu? Some of those take hours and I've gotta babysit the computer in case it comes up with any errors/dropped frames. Game is over a year old now, isn't it? I picked up playing it again because I found this on it:
You win the BMW 2002 in the 1-series cup under BMW. There are two 60s Alfas you can win, a 63 Sprint Speciale and a 65 Sprint GTA. If there's a 68 it may come up in the historic used car lot. I'm still waiting for a Daihatsu Midget to show up in one of the used car lots so I can finish out the manufacturer cup races. The fastest car is still the Suzuki Escudo. It reaches well in excess of 1000 hp. But the F1 car is the best handler. Only problem with it is that it uses soft racing tires and you can't change them to anything else so the car is useless on endurance races. The Formula car is AKA the Polyphony Digital Gran Turismo Edition. Other than the F1 race it will almost always guarantee you a win in any race it can enter. I've found the perfect car for the endurance races that limit you to sports tires though: the Saleen. Don't even tweak it other than getting the variable gearbox or else you or your autopilot will have a hard time controlling it and it will eat through rear tires fast. For the endurance races where you can use slicks I was running a black Toyota GT-One.
i think bentley speed 8 is good for endurance races also, the car break good and very stable.and how do you get the toyota ts020???
