here's the daily quiz. I got 4/10 correct . Its hard. http://www.nationalgeographic.com/geobee/today.html Who can get the most? NO CHEATING!
I got 3, 6, and 9 wrong. 6 is the one I over-thought. I over-though number 9, too, but my next guess would have been wrong, too. I didn't realize that Gibraltar was sovereign.
7/10 for me, but I was going fast and mixed up iceland with greenland on that one about living on the coast
9/10 Missed #8 I won my 8th grade Geography Bee, and my stupid ****ing teacher screwed up the paperwork. So much for being crowned king of the nerds for a day.
8 of 10 and I was kicking myself for the other two, because I realized I knew the answer at one point but had forgotten it.
Bingo. My brother in law lived there and worked with JHI but I spaced it. And for #1, I used to do the worldwide network for a company with an office over there and had been there on business. It was 10 years ago and the names had moved to the back of my mind.
well i had actually been RIGHT next to it before, never there...but i knew where it was after i said Annandale. I was thinking Beltway, but i screwed it up.
6/10 for today's 9/10 for yesterday's (with 2 lucky guesses) It is pretty tough... especially considering 4th-8th graders are competing.
9/10 easy. I messed up on #7 but my answer is technically still correct... 10/10 on yesterday's with one lucky guess on #10. Oh and don't ever play Trivial Pursuit against me.
damn it...i got 9/10...and I got the 10th one wrong cause i spelt oklahoma too quick and it marked it incorrect. i guess watching the history, discovery, and national geographic channels does pay off
