    asking $130 for it. Need to be repainted.

    it off an 04 STi so whatever chasis will fit that will work at well

    This one is just like the one I have. It should fit any 02-07 Impreza.

    Remove the bolt on both sides that hold the belts in place on the slider (in which case I do believe that the slider needs to be at the very bottom) then the two inner bolts furthest back on both sides of the transmission tunnel that hold your seat rails in place.

    To install it, you have to remove the shoulder point on your seatbelts. The two ends of the thicker pipe bolt up to the sliding adjustment thing on your shoulder belt. You will not be able to adjust your shoulder belt after install.

    Then, on both seats, the rear mounting bolt closest to the transmission tunnel, remove those, and then reinstall the bolts through the center bars from the harness bar.

    After that, you can install harnesses. You can use a 4 or 5 point, but it helps to have your shoulder harnesses meet in a triangle behind the seat and merge into one bolt down point. You can bolt this down on the rear seat forward most mount point.
