    My gosh, it really DOES work! Hazards on with headlights on and and flashing the hi-beam really gets people to move over as if I was a undercover cop or something.:D LOL

    its not really impersonating anything, its just another form of "signaling"

    I guess as long as he has a reason to get some place in a hurry... he can get away with it but if he just wanted to pull a cop move as he stated to make other think he's an undercover cop, it wouldn't look good if the cop happens to be there.
