I have a 2003 WRX and am wondering if there is a proper way to adjust the headlights. I don't have the manual that came with the car and the only thing I see on the back of the headlights is a little wheel that seems to adjust the lights up and down. Is there a way to rotate it and then lock it into place? Or will they need adjusting as the months/years go by? I thought I lowered them a lot and people on the road still flash their headlights at me (the cars do, not women). LOL!

Thanks in advance for any help

For some reason, I think one wheel might be broke or something. I rotated it one way and noticed it started to go down, but then after a certain point, it wouldn't go down anymore, it just kept spinning. The other light will rotate just fine.

    Any thoughts?
