So I just noticed that I have condensation inside my right headlamp for some reason. On an 07 wrx does anyone know the best way to dry that out?

Pull out a bulb, put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove and let sit in a NOT HUMID room. Should be clean then.

Or, if it has warranty, bring it in.

Take out the front bumper, well atleast half of it. The rest should be common sense to take it out. Although I have never cooked my headlight before.

bugeyes are much more headlight friendly, at least when it comes to taking them out.

you shouldnt have to remove the BUMPER

lift the hood.. look for bolts around the headlight area... usually just a couple of bolts... if not SEARCH is your friend and dont forget search's big brother.. WWW

No, seriously: For the hawkeyes you make it easier on yourself by getting the bumper out of there. It's more time consuming and not necessary, but loosening the bumper to get some clearance is a Godsend.

It can be done without removing the headlight, but it is much easier to get out with the bumper gone. I've had mine out many times now, the last time I found out just how much easier it is to do with the bumper gone.
