I have a 96 galant and the ceiling is sagging enough that I had to staple accross the entire back window so I could see out it. I think the aftermarket sunroof caused this.

I know they sell headliner kits online, but they seem ify with color matching and quality. I would like it to look stock.

Has anyone done this before? Or know where I could get either a good quality kit or a place that does this type of work at a reasonable price.

    Thanks

If the headliner has a nice hard backing you can remove the entire thing and strip all the old sagging fabric/glue. Get yourself some suede or fabric of your choice/color and a small can of contact cement. Start from one corner and paint the glue onto the backing and stretch the fabric and smooth out any wrinkles. Some patience and you can have it looking really nice for very little money. We did it on my buddys Audi (lord knows why he wanted black suede everything w/ a black interior but...) and no problems the last two years with hot/cold causing sagging. Just a thought
