Not new to the forum, but I've been using it more and more lately. I've had my bugeye for a year or so and have been slowly upgrading it more. I bought the car from a guy named Bobby in Shakopee, not sure if you're on here.. Hopefully i'll get out to a Tuesday meet to meet some of you. I'm normally cruising around Bloomington, Lakeville, and SLP. If you see me send a wave 118,xxx miles, no rust, had some hail damage on the hood when I bought it, but I've replaced the hood. Vf34 (bought from .. Chad.. If I remember?) STI topmount STI Pinks Walbro 255 Cobb TBE GS coated up pipe GS coated mid pipe GS PnP/coated manifold GS EBCS SPT Intake 06/07 front calipers Tein springs front and rear sway bar Whiteline front and rear strut brace GS master cylinder brace blah blah blah..
Forgot to mention, I got it tuned by Nuke at 18psi. I do need to get it retuned so I can use the SPT intake. I also plan on doing a tgv delete before hand too.
Yea great looking bugeye. Idk what your take on plastidip is but if you want to try it I could help with the spraying. I plastidipped my hood and might take it off and redo it for winter but idk yet. Since mines a year round daily, I'll be plastidipping the bottom half of the doors for winter for a little more paint protection and will post pics when I do it.
I've used plastidip before but, i'm personally not a fan. I just get the works holiday unlimited car wash pass (One that sprays underneath) during the winter months to keep all salt off. I've considered getting the GS paint to match my side skirts but i'm on the fence about doing it.
Welcome...again!? I painted mine. Went to NAPA on Kasota and 280 and gave my paint code to Chris. He does nice work matching paintz! Sideskirts were WRB and the front and rear spats were PSM when i started.
