So im stuck between these 2 wheels and each time i look at one i want it more than the other haha so i need help deciding. These will be going on a black 04 wrx. The gram lights are a "limited edition" with only 555 pieces being made in the world, so it kinda has that "rare" factor i guess.. but the weds are soooo sick.. HELP WedsSports are $2200 and the Gram Lights are $1600 also not worried about cost.

    cost difference?
Weds are so SICK but the Gram's could have a flat black added in the "spokes" kind of like the blue in the Weds. I was looking to start custom two-toning rims in the near future(just got compresser, paint gun and air brush kit for X-mas). If you do pick up the Grams and want an accent color PM me and we can talk about it. Or if you pick up the Weds I'll be able to change the accent color if you wanted.

updated first post with prices, i thought about painting the gram lights cause i like the black on black, but then that whole "rare" factor comes into play again. i never thought buying wheels would be tough..

did I miss this or did you update the OP???...change my vote... for the extra $600 I would just upgrade the tires that are going to be purchased.

    Weight of each? Cast? Vendor?

The vendor I used for my WedsSport's was great. They were able to ship me a replacement wheel within 2 days since one of the decals was missing on a wheel. Same vendor had a hard time helping me track down a rare size in the grams lights (57 maximum-pro). not sure if that was because of inventory or because of poor communication with the manufacturer.

Anyway, personally not a fan of split-6s but those wedssports look really good. I like how they taper in at the rim. I also like how the spokes extend out to the lip. It gives the illusion of a larger wheel. The gram lights look smaller than they are because of the spoke length. Like the rpf-1s where an 18 looks like a 16... they're just ugly to me no matter what size and what tire is on them.

how long are you going to keep em? if you get the rare gram lights and if you damage one are you going to be able to find a replacement say a year or so from now when a pothole eats one?

not going to repaint them, and since there is only 555 of them made.. if one gets damaged i might not be able to find another. thats another good point.

yea i think im going to go with the weds, it would be cool to have a super rare set of wheels but if i break one im screwed. If i strike it rich ill buy the other set too. So if anyone is interested, ravspec on nasioc has them fs for 1600 shipped. They are made specifically for subarus so no hub rings needed. 5x100 only 18x8.5 +48. thanks for helping me choose!

Post pics when you get them! Really interested in seeing them on a black car.

Makes me really miss my wedssport 7 spokes :( They were awesome in both winter mode and summer mode.

If cost was not an issue, why don't you buy yourself a couple extra wheels? Obviously they aren't making an exact number of sets if they are making 555. You should order an extra one. Just my opinion.
