Ok so yesterady i drove my other car all day and get home and take out my subaru, wasnt beating on it or anything. have never had any problems with it whatsoever. I am catless all the way back turbo swap all that good stuff and all of a sudden my car throws a check engine light up. I plug in my accessport and it says high exhaust temp as the code. All of a sudden my car kills in 2nd going 20 or so and then kills when i start it up again. I limped it back to my house and didnt drive it to work today and just got off and haventlooked at it again since. Anyone know what this could be, sorry if i sound like a newb i just dont know why it would throw a check engine for high exhaust temp and kill itself??? Im thinking possibly o2 sensor or EGT sensor, but really dont have a clue! Any feedback would be helpful, and if it was the o2 sensor where should I go, a dealer or anywhere else that could fix that since Im not under warranty anyways.

I would think that it's the EGT sensor. If you still have the stock sensor in a catless uppipe, it's probably dead. IF you haven't already, take it out, plug it with bolt (can't remember the size, M12x1.25?), and do the 2.2k ohm resistor mod to the connector. Done. :)
