hks bov help?

ok so like when i installed it sounded weird.. what i mean by that is, from 2nd gear and up (at 3k rpm and up) the bov makes this noise..something like "eeeeeEEEEEE" then i shift and i hear it go swoosh. is that normal? when i had the bpv installed, i didn't hear it..so is it just my bov? i switched it back to my bpv for now. i'm a subie noob so yeah. the only other mods in there are the uppipe, downpipe and y pipe, i dunno if it plays any difference in it. any help or advice?

really? i just wasn't totally sure because when i'm at idle and i rev it i hear the swoosh, but not the "eeeeEEE" part
