What industry? Past jobs, yelling at, demoralizing, and degrading your co-worker was not only accepted, but encouraged. Current job... not so much.

Talk to the HR person at your work. You can claim harassment because of what you're describing. just know that if you go do that things could get dicey, have back up plan ready. Document everything that happens and when, also witnesses.
