    Like people yelling or cussing at you, like co-workers that yell untill your ears bleed.

    What industry?

    Past jobs, yelling at, demoralizing, and degrading your co-worker was not only accepted, but encouraged. Current job... not so much.

    Talk to the HR person at your work. You can claim harassment because of what you're describing. just know that if you go do that things could get dicey, have back up plan ready. Document everything that happens and when, also witnesses.

    it's so wierd, I kept my cool, and that seemed to push her over the edge.... I thought I should go hide in the mens room to avoid her afterwards.
