    Yes, rugby > NFL fo sho. I heart the All Blacks. This guy was a football and strength coach at my college. Went on to play int'l rugby with the USA Eagles...known for bringing American football style hitting (head first) to the game.

    thats rugby... take dirty shots when you can....

    a lot of the time they arent so much a punch but a wham after the tackle... just to show you took em down..

    besides that wasnt really a punch...
