    On an 02 WRX it has 227 hp and 217 tourqe, and I assume that is at the crank. What does a stock WRX put down at the tires?

    Now, that brings me to my next question. Looking at cobbs ap's they say it will bring you to 255hp for stage one, is that at the wheels or at the crank?
