isnt the power FC just like the apexi SAFC2? which in the end is just a voltage clamp for the MAF sensor? if thats what the pwr fc is then i would go w/ the hydra, since the hydra is a powerful stand alone, but beware stand alone issues ie hard cold starting ect... IIRC Perin is using the Hydra to manage their 700hp H6-T monster they are making.
The power fc is basically a standalone too. I know more people in the area tune hydra's but the power fc is cheaper. They are both pretty powerful, the hydra is probably the more powerful but also the more expensive. It's really up to you and your goals. Play with the software for both of them and talk to your local tuners to see what they suggest.
power fc- you can get everything for around 1,000 dollars replacement ecu and programmer, they are kind of hard to find but they are a very good way to go, that's what i plan on getting hopefully next winter  no splicing or anything complete plug in unit.
