My question is about some some injectors i bought a while back. They are Deatschwerks 650cc. The guy didnt have the Flow chart. So in order to get a good tune do I need a flow chart? Also where can I get some new O-Rings for them too?

You won't need flowcharts; it's just nice to have them to get you into the ballpark when making the initial basemap to tune off of. However, you already know the approximate flow rate of your injectors...

The best part of having the flowcharts is being able to decide what injector will go with what cylinder.

Ain't no need for no chart. Your tuner shoud be able to read all the data your car is spittin out and tune from there. I'm no expert though.

OK thanks. I do believe the Injectors are engraved with numbers 1-4. I think thats for the corresponding cylinder?

And Does anyone know where I can buy some O-Rings for these?

You should be able to get them at any auto parts store. That style fuel injector is very common.

No, but depending on the flow you'd want the biggest injector going to the leanest cylinder. I believe #4 is the one that likes to go lean on WRX's. So you'd put the highest flowing injector there etc.

Not neccesarily lean, but the one that likes to go to crap most often...acording to reports.
AFAIK, there has been alot of speculation, and a bunch of tests (dating back to VW bug era), for some reason, #4 is a problem (according to what I've read).
There has been 4 probe EGT tests: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=529496&page=2&highlight=channel+EGT+measurements
But to my knowledge, no 4 channel AFR logs (that would be cool).
Still, for that/those reasons, I'd stick with the highest flowing injector in #4
