I'm thinking of gettting a Invidia exhaust... but I'm looking for some information on the company and what other people's take on this. I went to Invidia's american site and it didn't have much info. If anyone has any information on this please let me know.

yeah their site sucks, i have their downpipe, the fit and finish is awesome, got it for a good price too. But most big brand exhausts all have similar quality, so buying their stuff shouldn't be too much of a worry. I was gonna go with a complete Invidia TBE system, but i now am going with the Stormung dual tip design, i like the looks and sound better of Stromung.

TBE... isn't that the company that makes the Invidia exhasut? If that is the case I have no problems or worries getting. I want to get an HKS one but the place I'm getting it from said that HKS is back ordered about 6 months on the exhaust I want. I know I could go somewhere but the place I got my apexi n1 is willing to exchange it for me since I never installed it on my civic and I can't find anyone to buy it off my hands.

Let's put it this way.... It's welded metal. The only thing to be concerned about are the welds, the metal used, and the final fit. It's clear to me that those are good, based on the above replies.

I heard the connections of the pipes are the only parts that are welded, the rest is single pipes with machine bends. At this time I really don't know what I'm doing yet... the guys at the shop I'm getting it still hasn't gotten back to me yet. I have tried calling him couple times now. Last time I called him they said he is out of town. I'm going to give him a call soon again and see what is up. Hopefully I don't have to pay to much of a difference on my exchange.

Very good point, but I guess I saw the post as a question of reliability...

I also have the invidia tbe on my 03 wrx, over-all its a really good setup, but with a headder and a catless uppipe it gets a little anoying if your crusing the freeway. Other then that it does have a nice sound.

I know Invidia was made by a different company, but didn't know it was from RS-R.

I finally got a hold of the person I needed to speak with from Perpulshun today.:D:D He didn't find my receipt but he is still willing to exchange it for the price I paid for it. :D:D:D

Hopefully I will it this weekend and on my ride with the next month or so.
