Damn, that's pretty effed up. It wasn't slippery or anything today. I've been hearing about so many messed up things lately, this world must be coming to an end.

Sorry to hear/see. It was actually quite slick this morning on some side streets.

Here's a few personal stories that will hopefull make your shi*** am sound less shi***. If it makes you feel any better I got backed into and had to get repainted 3 different times with my last car - two times not even in the winter. The 3rd time I just bought a bra for the camaro and said screw it. Than I bought my WRX and got side swiped and someone drove off after parking at Grandma's after my last night living in Duluth. ALL of these situations were hit and runs. Last but not least is the best/worst story; 2 weeks after I got my WRX I got back to my buddy's house BY TAXI at 2:30am and saw that a nice Suburban had backed up and parked on the street corner just ahead of my car. I walked over to inspect when I observed the SUV's hitch was literally sitting on top of my bumper. I called the police who came and assessed the situation. He didn't seem to believe what I was showing him. I may have been intoxicated but I was far from incoherant. The cop spoke with the owner of the car at the scened and than I ended up speaking to the owner of the car whose son was driving it that night. I later spoke to the son who assured me he had not hit my car becasue he had someone watching him back up. I was like, "yea sorry man you have a ****ty spotter." I called the police officer back the next week and left 2 different messages for him to call me back. No response. This situation left a very small amount of damage (prob like a 1/2 in spec of paint of the bumper) so I just left it go but the fact that the cop was there and still nothing was resolved... yikes, bad luck. Again, sorry to hear for your unfortunate luck.
