I had my first interview about 3 years ago. And I must tell it was not quite easy what I had today. I applied for Copy Max sign design layouts OfficeMax at St. Louis Park. I'm telling the truth I was nervous for the first Interview, it's was a long time that I finally go into this position. There is a 2nd interview coiming, I'm wonder what I expecting this time.
"What are your strengths?" "Describe a time where a customer wasn't satisfied with your work and how did you go about that?" "How would you working here benefit our company?" "What are your weakness?"
"What are your strengths?" I don't know... I can bench 225 lbs and carry 100 lbs of rice bag on each shoulder, does that count as far as strength goes? "Describe a time where a customer wasn't satisfied with your work and how did you go about that?" This one time at band camp, I had an unsatisfied customer, I told the customer that the rule of thumb is... customer isn't always right and she can shove it, cause she won't be getting any more service from me... Now, I'm looking for a job, go figure. "How would you working here benefit our company?" I'll be the only one standing out from the rest of your employee, that's a benefit all to it self. "What are your weakness?" Ladies, what can I say... Tommy, just walk in with confidence and be as positive as possible. Don't talk down on anything else and always praise the good people who you've met along the way.
Vic, you kill me! Hahaha! The worst part about it is I can picture Tommy saying that to the interviewer. LOL!!!
Does that fall under the "I'm so bad I kick my own a$$ Twice a day" <blockquote id="quote"><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote">Originally posted by yosmiley "What are your strengths?"
