Ok i installed an Invidia TBE on my car a couple months ago and it rattles. The exhaust hits right at the end of the tranny tunnel right were the exhaust bends to the left. Now my question is should i go with the standard length Kartboy hangers or the longer ones? How much longer are the longer hangers? Anyone have experience with these hangers? Thank you much.
I had the same rattle in the same place. The standards are the same as stock but stiffer. The XL are about 3/4-1" longer. Pretty long for some applications. I just got done doing this (I needed 4. One on the intermediate pipe and three on the muffler) so have some pics: For my setup, they would be perfect if they were 1/4-1/2" shorter. I could probably go to an exhaust shop and track down an in between size but the rattle is gone so Im happy with them.
