These brackets are used to adapt the large foglight openings on the 98-01 2.5RS or the 02-03 WRX/Impreza to accept aftermarket fog or driving lights like Hella or PIAA. Use a set of Hella 500FF or PIAA 520 fogs to replace broken (or not) stock fogs for a huge upgrade. Or run driving lights instead of fogs for better long range vision. These plates bolt up to the stock mounting points and give a rigid plate for lights with a single mounting bolt (like most aftermarket lights) to attach to. Forgot to add a price. Oops. $25 shipped. They're $40 + shipping new. Get a set of Hella 500FF foglights for $73 from Amazon and these brackets and you have a huge upgrade in lighting for under $100. Considering that replacement OEM knockoffs which won't do nearly as good a job go for $75 each on eBay, that's a cheap replacement is you have a broken fog, and a nice upgrade too.
