    ^^Team Green?

I think it looks really nice. Any front/rear shots?

    Those brake rotors look crazy.

those are pretty standard motorcycle rotors. They get a lot crazier looking that that.

its good to see they redesigned it but I for one kind of liked how kawi hadn't redesigned it in so long, it was the only legitimately 80's looking new bike you could still buy.

Yeah, I haven't seen too many new brake set-ups. And going off the ones on the bike I ride, they're alot different. But, the bike is old.

    Either way, I like it.

Don't worry, follow Dream's link and check out the 500... still looks pretty 80's.

I am all about the new 250. I would never ride it, but for all those looking at the smaller setups, that bike looks roughly 1,000,000,000,000 times better than the old design. Good move Kawi

I think it might be in danger of looking too much like a scale model of a 600 sports bike (see aprilia rs50) and look a little toy like compared to the old one.

true about resale of the old ones going down a bit but its going to take a while for these to show up used and people weren't exactly traditionally buying these things for the looks anyways. Who knows maybe the price will go up and the older ones will retain their value a bit more.

also looks monoposto now, so harder for big/tall guys to sit on.

49 hp is pretty good for a 250. mine is putting out about 30 hp with mods. But the ninja is a twin and mine is a single.

also noticed the price went up by $500

also worth noting/funny, the tiny woman in the pictures to throw off the sense of scale.

hahahahah yea it only took like 30 years. I had a 250 ninja once, that thing was fun to wheelie hahaha.

I love the new design, it looks like a baby ZX-6R
