keys cut via vin?

will subaru be able to do this, presuming the locks have not been changed? i have misplaced my keys and need to either find my keys or get new ones made

 

yes, bring in proof that you own the vehicle and I can cut you a key (tonka subaru) What year is it?

Not to piggyback too much, but I only have a valet key for mine (02 WRX, but may be outback doors/locks). Is it possible to do a master?
