We're looking for a 1 BR apt, somewhere in the St. Paul/North/East Suburbs area. If you know of a place, lmk! Rent.com just doesn't help...

I have a condo I'm trying to sell, I suppose I could rent it.

 

Forgot to mention price range-maximum rent $650-$700!

(I'm keepin it simple!)

 

Is it just for yourself? If so, I may have a room for rent with its own bathroom and your welcome to use everything else in the house...(kitchen, livingroom, etc) definately less in rent...

 

My fiance and I..that's very thoughtful of you, but he wants to walk around in his underwear! ha!

that's where I found the last place i was in.. hmm .. come to think of it that place was kinda ghetto...but they DID have nicer places if you're willing to pay for them. Apparently, that was not part of the deal last time I looked for an apartment .... (don't ask haha)

Craigslist FTW!...lots and lots of reputable apartment places...I think it maybe even cheaper, since they don't have to pay for advertising...i.e. rent.com , apartments.com, etc

You could take a look at the apts. where I'm renting, 1885 Wilson Ave. Ridgewood Apts. Theres actually tons of APTs here in this little area.

 

people are too crazy these days to be trusted at all. Just goto rent.com or rent411.com

 

I actually came across those but someone told me that wasn't the best hood, lol. How is it there?
